I did have an issue with the progressive when I first got them. I contacted customer support and within a couple day they and shipped out a new pair. No hassle with returns or anything. They just fixed the problem. And, they were perfect when I got them! I am really impressed with this company.
It's my first time buying prescription lenses online. I have a high prescription and was weary on how these would look with the additional thinning of the lense to fit my rx......I LOVE THEM! Definitely buying more.
