I ordered these initially and they were chipped in 2 places so contacted support about a resolution. At first they offered to send the frame only and have me take the lenses out. I didn't want to damage or break anything & let them know that. Then support offered to send a replacement. I was happy with that up until the point I received them this week. The design on the replacement was so faded, total 180 from the initial pair. And designs on the sides were missing in the 2nd pair. I just kept the initial pair since the replacement was complete trash. This will have me very cautious of ordering glasses from vlook again. Very unhappy with that.
